The LEFU LF1700 Laminator is a professional wide-format roll laminating system engineered for high-throughput finishing of graphic and signage materials in commercial print environments. Designed around a generous ~1630 mm (64″) lamination width, the LF1700 series supports both warm and cold lamination processes with adjustable temperature control (0–60 °C / 0–140 °F) and finely tunable speed settings, making it suitable for everything from flexible signage films to protective overlays and decals. A Smart Entry System on the front panel tracks set and actual temperature, operating speed, and lamination statistics — with real-time meter counts and 30-day records — while dedicated controls on the rear panel manage start/stop functions, speed adjustments, and an active cutter device for seamless edge trimming during processing. Pneumatic roller up/down control, a robust silicon roller with a solid seamless steel core, and a strengthened materials bar with a 320 mm winding diameter provide stable pressure and accommodate up to 200 m of vinyl sticker lamination in continuous operation.
Built for both performance and operator safety, the LF1700 includes an anti-static liner to reduce electrostatic buildup during high-speed runs and a hand safety sensor that automatically halts and reverses the machine with audible and visual alerts if foreign objects enter the laminating path. The machine’s advanced cutter system uses an aluminum-alloy active cutting rod with position-adjustable trimmers and durable tungsten steel blades rated for over 15 000 m of cutting life, enabling efficient vertical trimming without interrupting workflow. Whether integrated into signage production, vehicle graphic finishing, or packaging enhancement operations, the LF1700 Laminator blends automated controls, precision trimming, static control, and safety mechanisms to boost productivity and quality in demanding industrial print settings.
