The IECHO RK2 is an intelligent digital label cutting system engineered for post-print finishing of self-adhesive materials in commercial and industrial label production workflows. Designed as a roll-to-roll solution, the RK2 integrates key finishing functions — including cold lamination, precision contour cutting, slitting, winding, and automated waste discharge — into a continuous processing line that supports efficient, high-throughput output. A servo-driven web guiding system and intelligent multi-cutting head control optimize registration and material handling, enabling consistent performance across a wide range of label sizes and shapes without the need for traditional dies while accommodating commonly used vector and raster file formats.

To boost productivity and flexibility in label finishing, the RK2 features up to four independently controlled cutting heads capable of achieving cutting speeds of up to 15 m/min per head, with overall throughput scaling proportionally when multiple heads are engaged. The integration of slitting knives and cold lamination capabilities allows manufacturers to combine finishing steps — cutting, matrix removal, and surface protection — in a single pass, reducing manual handling and cycle times.
