The Hanway Ultra 2500W is a high-productivity industrial scanning digital inkjet printer engineered for large-format corrugated and related board printing. Designed to deliver exceptionally high output, it achieves up to ~1700 m²/hr of printed material in continuous operation using a four-row wide-format scanning printhead array with a 432 mm print pass width and optionally 4- or 6-colour configurations, allowing full-colour output on brown, white, and coated corrugated substrates. The system supports broad media widths (up to ~2500 mm) and a range of board thicknesses, making it suitable for variable-job production demands with efficient automation and robust process control for stable, continuous workflows.

Building on this platform, the Ultra 2500W Pro integrates enhanced automation for a streamlined production line that combines automatic paper feeding, digital printing, optional drying or finishing modules, and unloading into a single optimized workflow.
