The IECHO LCT is a high-speed laser label cutting system engineered for fully automated, precise finishing of roll-fed label materials. Designed to handle die-cutting, half-cutting, and contour cutting without physical dies, the LCT is well suited for label converters and digital print environments that require fast changeovers and consistent accuracy. Built on a rigid, pure steel integral welded frame processed by a large five-axis gantry milling machine, the system maintains long-term mechanical stability and precision even during continuous high-speed operation. With flying cutting speeds reaching up to 8 m/s, the LCT enables efficient short-run and variable-data label production while maintaining clean, accurate cut edges.
To ensure stable material handling and cutting consistency, the LCT integrates an intelligent tension control system using magnetic powder brakes and tension controllers for smooth starts, stable stops, and precise web control throughout feeding and rewinding. High-precision aluminum alloy laser platforms ensure uniform cutting depth, while a closed-loop servo motor and encoder motion system delivers accurate, reliable positioning. The ultrasonic intelligent correction system continuously monitors material alignment in real time, and the laser processing system uses photoelectric sensors for automatic data positioning and adaptive speed adjustment. Supported by a convection smoke removal system with mirror-finished channels and intelligent smoke alarms to protect optical components, the LCT is built as a dependable, high-performance laser solution for modern label finishing workflows.
