The IECHO GLSC is an automatic multi-ply digital cutting system engineered for high-volume, precision cutting of soft and flexible materials across textile, furniture, automotive interior, luggage, and outdoor product manufacturing. Built on a one-piece carbon structural steel frame formed by five-axis gantry milling, the GLSC delivers exceptional structural rigidity and long-term dimensional accuracy under continuous industrial operation. The system integrates IECHO’s high-speed Electronic Oscillating Tool (EOT), capable of oscillation speeds up to 6000 rpm, enabling fast, clean cutting of multi-layer fabrics while maintaining tight tolerances and reduced noise through optimized dynamic balancing. Seamless compatibility with mainstream CAD software is ensured via the IECHO CUTSERVER Cloud Control Center, supporting efficient data conversion and streamlined production workflows.
To maximize productivity and automation, the GLSC incorporates an intelligent motion control system that dynamically compensates for material deformation and blade wear, automatically adjusting cutting speed and parameters in real time without interrupting operation. A newly engineered vacuum chamber improves suction uniformity and rigidity, allowing precise material fixation with deformation controlled to ≤0.1 mm under 35 kPa pressure, while intelligent airflow management eliminates the need for secondary coating. Fully automatic continuous cutting, synchronized feeding and back-blowing, and knife intelligent correction enable unattended operation and seamless processing of super-long patterns, increasing overall cutting efficiency by more than 30%. Additional integrated functions — including tool cooling, multi-spec punching, automatic bristle brick cleaning, and cloud-based fault diagnostics — position the GLSC as a high-intelligence, industrial-grade solution for scalable, mass-production cutting environments.
