The IECHO GLSA Automatic Multi-Ply Cutting System is a high-performance automated cutting platform engineered for mass production in textile, furniture, automotive interior, luggage, and outdoor product manufacturing. Built around IECHO’s high-speed Electronic Oscillating Tool (EOT), the GLSA cuts soft and flexible materials with high precision and intelligence at speeds up to 500 mm/s and thicknesses up to 75 mm, eliminating manual interventions and boosting throughput. Designed to integrate seamlessly with mainstream CAD workflows via the IECHO CUTSERVER Cloud Control Center, the system enhances material utilization and production efficiency while standardizing cutting quality across complex multi-layer jobs.
To support sustainable high-volume operations, the GLSA incorporates advanced subsystems such as intelligent knife correction that automatically compensates for blade wear, a dynamic pump frequency control for energy-efficient suction, an integrated knife cooling module to reduce heat and material adhesion, and an intelligent fault detection system that logs performance data to the cloud for remote diagnostics.
