The IECHO BK4 is a high-speed digital flatbed cutting system designed to deliver automated, precise processing of single-layer or light multi-layer materials across a range of applications including automotive interiors, advertising, apparel, furniture, and composite products. As the latest generation in IECHO’s BK series, it combines intelligent motion control with a robust 12 mm steel frame that boosts structural strength by about 30 %, ensuring stability and durability for high-throughput cutting tasks. The system handles full cuts, kiss cuts, V-grooves, creasing, engraving, and marking with a top cutting speed of up to 1800 mm/s, while enhanced vacuum design, intelligent zones, and improved air flow support reliable material hold-down and efficient handling during operation.
Built for workflow efficiency and operator comfort, the BK4 features IECHO’s precision IECHOMC motion control module, an intelligent conveyor system for continuous cutting and automatic material collection, plus a silencer system that limits operating noise to roughly 65 dB in eco mode. Optional add-ons such as automatic tool initialization and high-precision CCD positioning further streamline setup and help ensure accurate, repeatable results even on printed or delicate substrates.
